Dishah is an AI-powered spiritual companion app built by WizWise Digital. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
Birth Details — Name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth. Used exclusively to calculate your personal Vedic birth chart (Kundli).
Contact — Phone number or email address used for login via OTP. Not shared with third parties.
Location — City/coordinates for accurate Panchangam calculations. Stored only if you set a current location.
Usage Data — Your sadhana records, dream journal, decisions, spiritual check-ins. Stored to build your personal spiritual diary over time.
Device — Browser type, OS for app functionality only. No advertising identifiers collected.

• Birth details are sensitive personal data — stored encrypted at rest
• AI conversations are processed via Anthropic's Claude API. Per Anthropic's API terms, your personal data is not used to train AI models. Data may be retained by Anthropic for up to 30 days for safety monitoring only, then permanently deleted.
• We retain your data as long as your account is active
• Access — You can view all your data in the app at any time
• Correction — Edit your birth details in Settings
• Deletion — Delete your account from Settings — this permanently removes all your data within 30 days
• Portability — Contact us to request a copy of your data
• Withdraw consent — Delete your account at any time
• Supabase — Database and authentication (Singapore)
• Anthropic — AI responses generated via Anthropic's Claude API. Your data is not used for AI training. Retained up to 30 days for safety monitoring only.
• Razorpay / Stripe — Payment processing (if subscribed)
• Vercel — App hosting
